Viki is the Director of Organizational Development. She is also a registered nurse. She is fluent in Spanish and has a passion for creating an excellent patient experience. Viki is helping A&A design, plan, and implement corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. She identifies and implements change management initiatives and suggests enhancements to existing programs. We are happy to have Viki on our team.

Brenda Harper is the Billing Specialist for A&A Hearing Group. Brenda has an extensive background in customer relations and is dedicated to improving procedures for billing for a better patient experience. She very much enjoys meeting and working with patients. Patients love to see Brenda because she is very personable and fun to be around.

Tricia Sarmiento is the new Front Office Manager at the Chevy Chase office. She received her bachelors degree in Communication from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. She used to work for Sibley Memorial Hospital and wore many hats there, but mainly worked at the Admissions Department. She loves working with patients, greets everyone with a smile, and always makes sure that patients get the best customer service they deserve. She also has an extensive background in media production and graphics design and has a passion for photography, and web development and design.

Jennifer Lawless is the Front Office Manager at the Rockville Office. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Science from Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. Jenny comes to the A&A family with a diverse background ranging from Volunteer Coordination with “the domestic peace corps”, to providing administrative support in the Human Resources department of a large corporation to self employment as a Personal Assistant. The common thread in her experience has been a passion for providing top notch service to her clients and co-workers alike.

Lauren Bradshaw is our outreach assistant helping us keep in contact with patients with informative newsletters and updates. She is also a student at the University of Maryland.

Jeff Wong is our technical assistant and has a winning combination of being a people-person, and good with technology. He assists with patient coordination and in-office hearing aid repairs and cleaning at the Classic Residence in Chevy Chase, MD on Wednesdays.
